It may be a little wet and windy around Le Havre’s Paul Vatine Basin today where the Transat Jacques Vabre fleet sits somewhat forlornly awaiting the start of the two handed race to Brazil, but certainly the build up period pre-start has been very successful over these preceding 10 days.
