From June 1st to 8th, the Monaco Globe Series starts the 2018 race season for the IMOCAs as the first of the qualifying races for the next Vendée Globe. These races take the fleet into the Mediterranean for the first time for some years. Nine different duos have signed up to race and eleven skippers in the fleet are pitching to race in the next Vendée Globe
