By 1100hrs this Sunday 25 of the 26 Class 40s had returned to racing set to give chase after GDF SUEZ which left Roscoff very early this morning, at 0400hrs local time. They are going into a brisk NW’ly breeze which will ease progressively. Leaders GDF SUEZ were already 16 miles NW of the Ile de Sein. Meantime most of the remainder of the fleet have made it across Biscay. The last three IMOCA Open 60’s were just 35 miles NW of Cape Finisterre at 0800hrs CET this morning.
