Captain’s log, T. de Lamotte: " A different atmosphere "

Hi all,

I finally saw Cape Horn in the fog early this morning, you can see it behind me. It's a little too far for a nice picture, though.

And this afternoon, I sailed along the Staten Island in the sun, which allowed me to finish my main sail patch and to actually see what I was rounding.

Thanks for your nice congratulation messages, they definitely made me realise last night was not just theone after last and the one before next!

Also, last night, when I gybed, I caught very long seaweed with my hull, I can't belive how different the atmosphere is here in the Atlantic.

I'm now heading east to sail east of the Falkland.

Have a nice day, you all!

Tang.
