Fast but uncomfortable day onboard with Initiatives- cœur with 30/35 knots of wind coming through!
On the boat, it's noisy and eventful. She leans a lot and goes through the waves with force. It's a bit like if you stay in your car during the automatic cleaning and someone comes to hit you in every 30 seconds while. Otherwise, great "slurp slurp" on the water which you can listen in the cockpit, the "splash ppffssshhh" of the waves covering the cabin and the "boing dong" of the boxes and equipment… What a noisy show.
So I pulled out my noise canceling headphones: it actively reduces noise and it's awfully good!
But it did not last long. It would be nice to go to the bathroom and cook with calmer conditions…
I'm not complaining because I’m moving fast. I'm just trying to describe the atmosphere on board!
