“I regularly do some exercise we prepared before the race with my osteopath. Including relaxation movements, mainly for the neck and back. Ideally, I try to do these exercises every day, for ten to forty-five minutes. But in reality, I can not do them every day, because it depends on the race conditions. So sometimes I compensate and sometimes I make two or even three sessions per day. It makes me feel good. However, I do not fitness exercise. There is enough to do on board.”
