Captain’s log, A. Le Cléac’h: "Stressful and noisy"

There's been a good fight between the first five boats since the beginning and it's very close. Different strategies are making it all very interesting and motivating. It's been physically demanding, though, since we entered the Indian Ocean. The last 48 hours have been tough, with very difficult sea and wind conditions. The speed is high, which means it's very stressful and noisy. The anticylone has caught up with us so the next 24 hours won't be as windy, and then we'll be back to more "normal" Southern Ocean conditions. The rhythm is quite fast and the others are holding on tight so I need to spend a lotof energy on board to keep going fast.
