Team Plastique passed the Santa Island, in the Azores, around 1AM and is now headed to Cape Finisterre, 640 miles ahead, at a speed of 14 knots. The French-Italian skipper is doing well as he covered 304 miles in 24 hours, which, compared to the 90 miles covered over the same period three days ago, must feel great. Alessandro's route to the finish is an open and windy one and he should reach Les Sables d'Olonne on Thursday or Friday.
