Initially, the incredible crowd that greets you along the channel, boosts you, lifts you, takes you on a cloud. During the race, I was focused, I did not really realize the impact of the event. However, the applause during the lives and all the messages I received on my website and on Facebook helped me through difficult times and made me want to fight.
I really felt the enthusiasm generated by this race. On the finish, 100,000 people were present in Les Sables to greet me and about 2,000 people in the port of Nice 4 days after. It was amazing, a great reward!
