I had to maneuver a lot this morning because the wind tended to soften and be very variable. There will be a brief period of calm, then the wind will again strengthen and it should blow quiet strongly by the Bay of Biscay.
I'm going around the Azores from the East. It is now quite clearly the best solution.
Tuesday
After a slight lull at the crossing of the Azores, the wind will begin to blow from the northwest, relatively powerful. The crossing the Bay of Biscay looks brutal and cold.
