Alex Thomson (Hugo Boss) is expected to cross the Vendée Globe finish line in third position at 8AM (French time) in Les Sables d'Olonne.

Weather conditions in the finish line area: 15 to 20-knot southeasterly wind, 3 to 5-metre swell.
