Jean-Pierre Dick saw dry land

For 40 days and his crossing of the Cape Finisterre, Jean-Pierre Dick had not had the chance to see some dry land. This is now done for the skipper of Virbac Paprec 3: “It's amazing, I went off Campbell Island about 7 miles away (13 km), and it was the first land I saw since the Cantabrian Mountains in Spain. I went close and there did not seem to have any building. New Zealand is a country I love; it is a pleasure to navigate around with my Virbac-Paprec 3 born there. It's a little Christmas present for the boat, a homecoming.”
